12.1 The mp04d Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from any individual under the age of 21. Registration by persons under 21 is prohibited under our Terms & Conditions and constitutes a material breach of the agreement between the Player and mp04d.
12.2 If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account. Any winnings or balances associated with an underage account will be voided and returned in accordance with our standard procedures.
